Coronavirus (COVID-19) updates from Bigfoot Self Storage
– Update as of Monday 5th January 2021 –
Further to the Prime Minister’s statement on Monday 04 January 2021 and in line with the Government’s latest restrictive measures, as of Tuesday 05 January 2021 the following operating guidelines will apply.
We continue to provide storage services to our business and domestic customers.
We encourage essential access only. This includes users of self storage for essential services, business and retail, construction and trade and pending house moves.
Our revised opening hours continue to be Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm and Saturday 9am – 4pm. We are closed on Sunday’s.
We will also be heavily restricting the amount of people who can access the building at any one time and we are encouraging all customers to book access by appointment. You must phone or email in advance to be allocated a suitable day and time slot for access. Access will be restricted to our amended opening hours and no more than two persons at any one time.
We ask all customers to keep a minimum of 2 meters apart and to wear a face covering at all times.
In an attempt to minimise person-to-person contact in our store we are now encouraging all customers to make payments either over the phone or by bank transfer and refrain from entering the Reception area unless absolutely necessary.
We would like to remind our customers that if you are showing any symptoms of the Coronavirus, we please ask you not to visit our store at this time.

WE ARE CHANGING OUR OPENING HOURS
As of Tuesday 10th November 2020 we are changing our normal opening hours.
Our opening hours will be Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm and Saturday 9am – 4pm. We are closed on Sunday’s.
We encourage essential access only. This includes users of self storage for essential services, business and retail, construction and trade and house moves.

Further to the Prime Minister’s statement on Saturday 31 October 2020 and in line with the Government’s latest restrictive measures, as of Thursday 05 November 2020 the following operating guidelines will apply.
We are continuing to operate normal opening hours. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday 8am – 6pm and Saturday 9am – 4pm. We are closed on Sunday’s.
Our Reception hours may be subject to change at short notice as at times we could have reduced staffing; your understanding is appreciated.

As of Monday 18th May 2020 we have taken the decision to extend our revised opening hours to give greater access to customers.
Our opening hours are now restricted to Monday to Saturday 10am – 4pm.
Access outside of these hours will not be permitted.
